Yes. We partner with AABB-accredited labs for legal DNA testing, which meets all chain-of-custody requirements for use in court or legal matters (e.g., child support, custody, immigration).
Absolutely. We offer mobile DNA collection services, meaning we come to an agreed location for added privacy and/or convenience.
DNA testing is extremely reliable, but in rare cases, a test may be inconclusive. This may happen if a sample is contaminated (food, drink, smoking, chewing gum/tobacco within 1 hour , or breast feeding within 2 hours before collection), if there isn’t enough DNA on the swab, or if the lab requires additional samples. If this occurs, you’ll be notified immediately and a recollection may be required.
We offer same-day and next-day appointments depending on your location and availability. Contact us for immediate scheduling.

You should not eat, drink, smoke, chewing gum, or tobacco within one hour of collection. Babies should not be breastfed within 2 hours of collection. We use a quick and painless cheek swab (buccal swab) to collect your DNA sample.
